1. 14일 환불 보장

결제 후 14일 이내 미사용 시 100% 환불해드립니다. 학원·학교 라이선스도 동일합니다. 환불 요청은 support@lunawhale.com 으로 주문 정보(이메일·결제일)와 함께 보내주세요.

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if unused. Academy/school licenses follow the same rule. Email support@lunawhale.com with your order details (email + purchase date) to request a refund.

2. 환불은 1인 1회 한정 — 반복 환불 차단

환불은 계정·결제 수단·이메일·디바이스 IP 당 1회로 제한됩니다. 이미 환불받은 적이 있는 사용자가 재구독한 경우 — 14일 환불 보장이 자동 종료되며 환불이 거부될 수 있습니다. 반복 환불 신청 패턴이 확인되면 신규 가입 자체가 영구 차단됩니다.

2. One Refund Per Customer · No Repeated Refunds

Refunds are limited to one per account · payment method · email · device IP. Customers who have already received a refund and re-subscribe forfeit the 14-day guarantee on the second purchase. Patterns of repeated refund requests result in permanent signup ban.

3. 명백한 어뷰즈 적발 시 환불 거부 + 계정 영구 정지

다음 행위가 확인될 경우 환불을 거부하고 계정을 영구 정지합니다:

• 학습지·PDF·이미지 대량 다운로드 후 환불 신청
• 저작권 보호 자료 외부 유출·공유 후 환불 신청
• 같은 결제 수단으로 여러 계정을 만든 후 차례로 환불 신청
• VPN·익명 결제 수단을 통한 신원 우회 환불
• 이용 약관 위반 후 환불을 통한 책임 회피

3. Refund Denied + Permanent Account Termination for Abuse

The following will result in refund denial and permanent account termination:

• Bulk downloading worksheets/PDFs/images then requesting refund
• Sharing or leaking copyrighted material then requesting refund
• Creating multiple accounts on the same payment method to refund each one
• Using VPNs or anonymous payment methods to bypass identity
• Requesting refund to escape consequences of ToS violation

4. 학원·학교 라이선스 환불 시

B2B 학원·학교 라이선스 환불 시 — 해당 라이선스로 생성된 모든 학생 계정·데이터·생성물 (학습지·작품·기록)이 환불 처리 즉시 삭제됩니다. 환불 후 데이터 복구 요청은 받지 않습니다.

4. Refund for B2B (Academy/School) Licenses

Refunding a B2B license causes immediate deletion of all student accounts, data, and generated content (worksheets, artwork, history) created under that license. Data recovery requests after refund are not accepted.

5. 환불 처리 기간

환불 신청 접수 후 영업일 기준 3–5일 내에 결제 수단으로 환불됩니다. 카드사·은행 처리 일정에 따라 실제 입금까지 추가 5–10일이 소요될 수 있습니다.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after request. Actual posting to your card/bank may take an additional 5–10 days depending on the issuer.
